Rolled OatsRolled Oats are developed by dehusking and steaming the raw oats, before being rolled into flakes. They are also available as porridge oats. These large whole or small flakes are simply rolled without processing. They can easily absorb water, hence they can be cooked faster into a porridge. They are excellent source of dietary fiber, thiamine and iron. In addition to this, they also have antioxidant compounds that protect the circulatory system from diseases.
